Approximately half of the plot is dedicated to fruit trees such as avocados, grapes, custard apples and oranges. The cultivated area has a well and old hen and pig pens.
The finca is located in a very quiet area but only a few minutes drive from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, medical centres and international schools. Furthermore, it is only a 20 minute drive to Malaga with its airport and the beautiful beaches of Costa del Sol.
