I love when they tell me to visit a house that is in the middle of nature but at the same time five minutes from the city center. Something that is practically impossible to find. Being able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets by taking a dip in the pool with panoramic views of the city, where peace and light flood each room. With a plot of 1500 meters, we can access it through a private road with a large entrance door, where we find an area grouted outside for cars and a swimming pool. The building revolves around a main patio, where we can imagine how to create a unique space. Through it we can access the house with three large bedrooms and a 50-meter living room that communicates with the kitchen, two bathrooms, one of nine meters and the other of five meters, all exterior so we can enjoy wonderful views from any stay. It also consists of an outdoor area where a large room has been built, currently a cellar.
