The plot is located on the northernmost plot of La Gaspara, just over 2km west of the port of Estepona. The A-7 serves as a communication axis parallel to the coast, and links the city with this development. The set of plots that make up this area are primarily for residential use.

The aim is to create a real estate complex with a special provision of community facilities, which will complete the response to what has already been created in the Zenity area. It will become a benchmark in Estepona in terms of quality of spaces, sustainability with the environment, and personal relationship between its neighbours.

The residential complex is made up of 105 homes and a social club, all facing southwest, accentuating the views over the Mediterranean Sea. Seven buildings have been designed to lighten their presence by rising on a stone base. They are arranged around a large central space that houses the various swimming pools and leisure areas, and these articulate the accesses to the common areas, allowing the staggering of the building.
